Dumulmeori in Yangpyeong is a renowned driving destination in Korea. At Dumulmeori, the Bukhangang River and the Namhangang River converge and flow into the Hangang River. This park boasts stunning natural scenery, making it an ideal spot to take a break during your drive. Its expansive area offers a wonderful opportunity for biking, allowing visitors to create lasting memories. Dumulmeori is particularly famous for its lotus flowers that bloom in the summer, and as a result, lotus leaf hotdogs—made with lotus leaf powder in the dough—have also gained popularity. While exploring Dumulmeori, you can admire a remarkable zelkova tree, believed to be 400 years old, which consists of three trunks that appear as one.

Damyang National Highway 24 is more commonly known as Damyang Metasequoia Road. The breathtaking beauty of this seemingly endless road has made it a popular filming location for numerous movies and dramas. As you pass through, take a moment to roll down your windows and enjoy the refreshing breeze that flows between the trees! If you prefer not to rush by in your car, there is a park where you can stroll along the Metasequoia Trail. Although there is an admission fee, you are free to walk the Metasequoia Trail as often as you like, take photographs, or even walk barefoot along the dirt path. Additionally, Damyang-gun is recognized as a UNESCO Global Geopark in the Mudeungsan area, making your visit a truly meaningful experience!

Gangneung's Heonhwa-ro is stunning, featuring a variety of landscapes along its winding coastal road. As you drive, you'll encounter breathtaking rock formations and pristine white sandy beaches, ensuring that you are captivated by new scenery at every turn. This road is renowned as the closest to the sea in Korea; on days with high waves, seawater can surge onto the road, creating the sensation of driving on the ocean itself. If you roll down your window, you can feel the refreshing spray of seawater! It is also advisable to take a moment to park your car in one of the designated rest areas or parking lots, allowing you to quietly appreciate the grandeur of Heonhwa-ro.

Hamyang Jianjae is a stunning road that is recognized as one of the 100 most beautiful roads in Korea. The winding path offers breathtaking scenery, and due to its rugged mountain terrain, visitors often stop at the parking area near the photo zone to capture pictures or simply enjoy the view. Many photographers also take long-exposure shots of the winding road at night, so we highly recommend visiting after dark! Beyond Jianjae, you'll discover attractions such as Odojae and the Jirisan Literature Museum. At the Jirisan Literature Museum, you can enjoy panoramic views of the various peaks of Jirisan from the observatory, making it a must-visit destination!

Incheon Bridge, the world's fifth-longest cable-stayed bridge, is a must-see when visiting Incheon International Airport. This bridge provides access to Yeongjongdo and Eulwangni, two tourist destinations where nature and culture harmoniously coexist. Driving along the open road while gazing at the Incheon Sea offers a refreshing escape from everyday life. Many who frequent this route liken the experience to driving on a runway, likely due to its proximity to the airport. The Incheon Bridge is particularly stunning at night when illuminated, and viewing it from Songdo Moonlight Festival Park allows you to fully appreciate its beauty as it sparkles against the night sky.

Did you know that Michelin stars are awarded not only to exceptional restaurants but also to stunning tourist destinations? Andong National Highway 35 is the only road in Korea to receive a star from Michelin’s Green Guide, a renowned travel guidebook. According to the Michelin Guide, the allure of National Route 35 lies in the breathtaking scenery of the Nakdonggang River as it meanders alongside Cheongnyangsan Mountain, as well as the sight of bent-backed grandmothers working in the riverside village. The section from Dosanseowon in Andong to the entrance of Taebaek in Gangwondo is the portion that earned a star, so we highly recommend taking a drive along this route. Along the way, you'll encounter a pavilion called Gosanjeong. The rock wall and river adjacent to this pavilion served as the backdrop for the drama <Mr. Sunshine> so be sure to stop by and take a look!
