The renowned Queen of Dim Sum, Chef Jung Jisun, who gained fame from her appearance on White Spoons, operates Tien Mi Mi, with locations in Hongdae and Gangnam. The menu features a variety of popular dishes, including seaseoned cucumber, steamed garlic shrimp, and meatballs and fried eggplant with yuxiang sauce, alongside 47 types of Cantonese cuisine such as noodles and stir-fries. However, we highly recommend sampling approximately 12 different varieties of dim sum, which truly justify her title as the Queen of Dim Sum! Additionally, the Hongdae branch offers Chef Jung Jisun's exclusive hidden menu item: glutinous rice balls. This dish is available by reservation only and consists of deep-fried glutinous rice balls that are larger than a person's head, served as a dessert. If you're interested, be sure to make a reservation in advance to experience this unique treat!

Triple Star, Chef Kang Seungwon, known for his meticulous attention to detail, is the owner and head chef of Trid. Trid is a Western-style fine dining restaurant that utilizes seasonal ingredients to create exquisite course meals. The restaurant offers two dining experiences: lunch and dinner, with each course thoughtfully composed as if it were a work of art. The kitchen features glass walls, allowing diners to observe Chef Kang Seungwon at work. This establishment has gained a reputation as an ideal venue for special occasions. Chef Lu Chinglai showcases his expertise by preparing high-quality, premium ingredients using recipes that complement their flavors, ensuring that each dish is both fresh and exceptional. True to his gracious and warm demeanor displayed on television, he personally visits each guest in the dining area even after the show to inquire about their meal and happily accommodates photo requests. The restaurant offers both à la carte and course menus, but we highly recommend trying the signature buddha jumps over the wall and fried king prawn stuffed with shrimp mousse and garlic sauce!
